CloudCitadel offers a 30-day free trial of its services. The trial is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. No credit card or payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the service will terminate unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Data backed up during the trial will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Pricing displayed on our website is indicative and in EUR, excluding VAT. Final pricing is confirmed in individual service agreements. Payment terms, billing cycles (Pay-Go monthly or annual commitment), and any volume discounts are specified in the applicable service agreement.
